Seaview Land Use Master Plan, Mecca

CCA was asked to prepare a Land Use Plan and Site Master Plan for a 2000 Ac. Community design near the Salton Sea. The site is being analyzed for it’s potential in housing 1500 employees anticipated for the newly discovered lithium quarry site nearby. In order to energize the community, CCA is planning for 2 hotels, multi-family and affordable housing, retail /commercial center, 2 schools, an RV park, church & cemetery, water treatment plant, 9 hole golf course, recreation center and 1000 modular single family homes. We have not yet selected Architects for the various components of this new community.

Avaanti Vineyards, Livermore

Working with William Wood Architects, CCA is assisting with the Land Planning of a 115 Acre site in Livermore. The site will accommodate a 30,000 Square Foot, Winery complex for processing, tasting, exterior display vines, retail sales, restaurant, multi-use center, pro shop for a 6 hole par 3 golf course and 18 hole putting course, and a central stadium for outdoor events. Also on the property there will be a 15 room mansion used for special events as well as private functions. The balance of the property is dedicated to the vineyard.

CCA is collaborating with LCA Architects in this 6 story mid-rise mixed use infill project in Walnut Creek. Ground floor retail/commercial and upper floor apartments enjoy a large rooftop amenity program including covered lounges, outdoor kitchen facility, pool, fountains, sports and games area and walking paths. Green roof components are located throughout the rooftop gardens.
