Terry Camp - Principal RLA #4494
Terry is a registered landscape architect who has been involved in the Landscape Architectural community for over fifty years. He has over twenty-five years of experience as a public official and is well known in the industry for his superior design and communication capabilities. He has expertise in the planning and design of parks, open space, trail systems, commercial, industrial, residential and recreational developments. Terry also has extensive experience with community development studies, environmental impact studies, and community consensus building.
In 1998 Mr. Camp received the Certificate of Recognition from the Senate of the State of California and the State Legislature for his twenty-five-year public service as Planning and Design Review Commissioner for the City of Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and Martinez.
Pam Winther - Principal, Landscape Architect
Pam has spanned a wide range of experiences throughout her career. She has been involved in all facets of Landscape Architecture including public/institutional projects, Hospitality sites, large scale residential estates, public parks, recreational facilities, and schools. Most recently she has been involved in some of the largest new developments in the East Bay. Pam is also heavily involved in her community and is a part of a couple of local planning committees. She is the Senior Design Director for the company and uses her vast experience of the design process to overseeing all associates at Camp and Camp Associates.
Rocky Avitia - Associate
Rocky has over 15 years of experience in Landscape Architecture & Residential Design in which he has acquired knowledge of the latest 2D and 3D design methods for both presentation and construction documentation. His Architectural background provides a strong knowledge of construction plans and details.
Dhara Oza - Project Manager
Dhara Oza is a Project Manager and Landscape Designer at Camp and Camp, with nearly five years of professional experience. She joins the firm with expertise in producing high quality design documents for projects ranging from residential, urban, and large-scale commercial projects. Dhara has a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture which has led to a strong passion for exploring the relationship between people and nature. She has strong technical and graphic skills with an emphasis on Construction Documents and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of allied professionals, specialists, and project managers to provide exceptional design for her clients. Outside of work, her hobbies include traveling and photography.
Eric West - Landscape Designer
Eric has been working with CCA for over 30 years. He has been an integral part of CCA for over 30 years.
Abby Fondren - Operations Manager
Abby works closely with Terry Camp and CCA staff to ensure projects remain on schedule and deadlines are met. She has vast experience in accounting, including project billing, and project budgeting.
Slade Woehrle - Landscape Designer
Slade Woehrle is a landscape designer based in Lafayette, California, currently making significant strides at Camp and Camp Associates. Raised in Lafayette, and inspired by his surroundings, Slade found a passion for the outdoors and design early on. He pursued his academics at Washington State University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture. During his time there, he honed his technical and graphic skills, while also developing a deep appreciation for interpersonal dynamics. Joining Camp and Camp Associates, Slade combines his academic knowledge with practical experience, contributing to innovative landscape design. Outside of his professional pursuits, Slade finds joy in outdoor activities and values moments spent with friends and family.

Eddie Camp - Principal RLA #K9
Our senior principal Eddie has been with us since the beginning. He has helped on countless projects by promoting team bonding. Eddie is a responsible leader and does a superb job at overseeing the office functions - from his bed.
Sherlock Camp - ‘Holmes’ and Gardens Detective
Having retired from his previous career as a medical research beagle, Sherlock now explores a different stage of his life. Sherlock has already showed expertise in his new field as our designated flora and fauna detective, with his impressive sense of smell. He also has gone above and beyond and adopted the “snack detective” role.
Lola - Dog Park Consultant
Lola consults with all CCA staff to promote dog-friendly landscape and urban design practices. She enjoys going out for walks and loves the beach.
